Registration Procedures

• Only registered participants are welcomed and allowed to attend the event
• Complete the registration procedures early to ensure the seat reservation
• In case the participant wishes to cancel the participation, must be done 7 days before the event
• Certificate of attendance of the event for registered participants only
• Publications, breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch during the event (electronic version)
• A Light breakfast during the registration as well as lunch during the event
